Ad Agency Selects My Work for Ent Credit Union Campaign

I’m thrilled to share that seven images from personal projects—especially the work I did at a farming incubator in Alamosa—have been licensed for a new Ent Credit Union campaign.

Ent is growing its presence in Colorado’s San Luis Valley, and they hired Cactus, a Denver ad agency, to build a marketing campaign for the region. Some of the photos I shot at the Farming Incubator—a nonprofit farm and community project in Alamosa—ended up in my portfolio. The Cactus team discovered them, asked to license a few from that collection, plus four other images of mine. These photos may show up on billboards, websites, brochures, and social media.

The farming incubator shoot was special to me: I spent time capturing people working the fields, seedlings in trays, the soft Alamosa light at dawn, and the hands that tend the soil. The nonprofit’s mission—helping people grow food and gain skills—was both beautiful and inspiring. It felt like I wasn’t just taking photos, I was witnessing stories of growth, community, and possibility. Those qualities are what I aim for when I shoot personal work.

Doing those passion projects is more than just artistic play: it refines my visual voice, pushes me to explore light, texture, and atmosphere without pressure—and sometimes, like now, the work finds a wider audience. I love that what started as a chance to document someone else’s passion is now being trusted by a brand to represent the identity of a place.

I can’t wait to see how Cactus’ designers use these images in Ent Credit Union’s San Luis Valley campaign. It’s exciting to see quiet moments from the farming incubator join a bigger story.
